Relief Crew builds and runs software agents for businesses. This page says what we do with information, in plain words.

What we collect

What you give us on the contact form (your name, business, phone or email, and your message). For clients, the business data an agent needs to do its job: contact lists, calls, texts, forms, invoices and similar records, only as far as the work we agreed to requires.

What we do with it

We use it to run the agents you hired us to run and to talk to you about them. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except the service providers that carry it (for example, the phone and texting carrier, the hosting provider), and only so your agents can work.

Your customers

Messages your agents send to your customers go out under your business name and number. Your customers can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and we honor that immediately.

Leaving

Your data is yours. If you leave, we hand it back and delete our copy, and we put that in writing before we touch anything.
