These are the terms for working with Relief Crew, a Breckenridge CoLab LLC venture.

What we provide

We audit your business, build software agents for the work we agree on, and run them for a monthly fee. The scope, the price and the start date for each agent are set in writing before we build.

Billing

Monthly fees are billed in advance, month to month. There is no contract term and no exit fee. You can stop any month; we stop running your agents at the end of the paid period and return your data.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to let us use the business data, accounts and phone numbers involved, and that messages sent to your customers comply with the law where you operate. You review and approve the messages your agents send before they go live.

Our responsibilities

We run your agents with care, watch them, and fix them when they break. We will tell you promptly if something goes wrong. We do not guarantee any particular business result.

Liability

Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

Florida law applies. Disputes are resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
